SCROLL TO DRIFTSWIPE TO DRIFT

AN INTERACTIVE ELEGY IN SEVEN MOVEMENTS

LUMEN

the last light of a dying star

I  ·  STELLAR CORE

The Forge

For ten million years a single photon fights its way out of the furnace — absorbed and re‑emitted a septillion times before it ever sees the sky. You are that photon.

II  ·  GRAVITY WINS

The Collapse

The furnace gutters. In less than a heartbeat the core of Helios‑7 falls into itself at a quarter the speed of light — and there is nothing left to stop it.

III  ·  ONE SECOND OF FURY

Supernova

In a single second the dying star outshines its entire galaxy — forging gold, silver, iodine — hurling them across the void like seed from a split pod.

IV  ·  A HUNDRED MILLENNIA

The Crossing

Riding the blast wave, you drift through clouds of violet dust. Distance loses meaning. Time stretches like glass. The dark is not empty — it is patient.

V  ·  ASHES TO WORLDS

Genesis

Gravity is patient too. It gathers the wreckage into stones, the stones into worlds — and lights a first morning on their faces.

VI  ·  EPILOGUE

You Are the Echo

The calcium in your bones. The iron in your blood. The gold on your finger.
All of it was forged in the death of a star — a star that died so you could be here.
